Embedded GTM for crypto teams. Since 2017

Launches delivered. Growth restarted. Senior execution from day one.

Action Force embeds senior go-to-market execution directly inside crypto and web3 teams. For a token event that can't slip, a growth motion nobody is shipping, or a seat with no senior owner. Days to start, not a hiring cycle.

One accountable operator answers for every engagement end to end. Specialists are brought in only when a brief needs them, named and disclosed, never invisible headcount. Fixed scope, fixed end date, and you own every system built.

Online intake is currently unavailable on this staging page.

Three problems, not a service menu

What gets fixed

Engagements are scoped to the problem in front of you, not a package. Capabilities only get pulled in when the mode calls for them.

Mode 01

Restore traction

Growth has stalled and no one owns why.

  • Positioning and messaging reset against real competitors
  • Community and channel diagnosis: where attention is actually going
  • Content systems rebuilt around what converts
  • One instrumented demand test, specified and ready to run
Mode 02

Deliver the moment

A launch or token event that can't slip.

  • Launch sequencing across product, comms and community
  • Creator and partner program design. Coordinated, never guaranteed placements
  • War-room execution through the launch window itself
  • Partner and BD coordination during the crunch
Mode 03

Build the machine

There is no senior GTM owner in the seat.

  • Fractional GTM leadership while the seat gets filled
  • Research, reporting and monitoring built as systems you own, not tools you rent
  • Hiring the permanent owner and handing off to them directly
  • A documented department, not a dependency on Action Force

Operating model

Diagnose, embed, execute, transfer, stabilize

The same sequence every time. Independence with an accountable handoff. Not a vendor relationship that never ends, and not a disappearance the day the invoice clears.

01

Diagnose

Scope the actual bottleneck before any work starts. A short paid diagnostic if the shape of the problem isn't clear yet.

02

Embed

Inside your tools. Your Slack or Telegram, your repo, your task board. Not a vendor working at arm's length.

03

Execute

Fixed-scope, senior, hands-on delivery against a written plan and a fixed end date.

04

Transfer

Systems, accounts and documentation move to your team. Nothing stays locked to Action Force.

05

Stabilize

A defined window after handoff to catch what breaks before it becomes a fire drill.

How this is different

Operating principles, not accusations

Stated plainly so you can hold the engagement to them.

01

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed end date. Quoted after the problem is understood, never before.

02

Every vendor relationship disclosed. No undisclosed markups on subcontracted work.

03

You own the accounts and the systems from day one, not after a negotiated exit.

04

Documented handoff is part of the deliverable, not an afterthought if the relationship ends.

05

No forced retainers. Engagements end on schedule unless you ask for more.

06

Direct accountability. One senior operator, never a rotating account team.

Selected engagements

Two poles: micro-cap to blue-chip

Attributed outcomes at both ends of scale, named and dated, not solo credit.

Who you'd work with

One accountable operator, not a rotating agency team

Action Force is led by Tim Kingery, the accountable operator on every engagement end to end. Specialists are brought in only when a brief calls for them, named and disclosed, never implied headcount. Behind the practice, a vetted operator network is being assembled; no engagement is staffed from it until an operator is signed. Action Force has run this way since 2017, across 20+ crypto and AI clients.

The work is go-to-market for crypto and web3 protocols. Launches, positioning, incentive design, creator and partner programs, growth systems, competitive research. Usually several at once, usually against a date that is not moving.

The automation is not a pitch. It is how the work gets delivered at this pace. Research, monitoring, reporting and production run as systems Tim builds and operates himself. On a 2026 contract engagement as Senior Growth Director he led the company-wide AI rollout automating reporting, documentation, competitive intelligence and prospecting, saving 100+ team hours a week. The same leverage gets installed for clients and handed over, never rented back as a subscription.

When a brief needs a specialist Action Force doesn't have, a designer, an auditor, a specific-chain engineer, they're brought in named, disclosed, and scoped to the task. No implied headcount that doesn't exist.

Qualification

Who this works for

More engagements get turned down than taken. A GTM fix can't repair a product that isn't ready, and pretending otherwise wastes a quarter of your runway.

Good fit

  • A live product or protocol, not just a whitepaper
  • A launch, token event or growth mandate with a real date attached
  • Someone in the room who can approve budget and decisions the same week
  • Willing to embed us in real tools, not a status-report relationship
  • Runway to fund a fixed-scope engagement, not a favor

Not a fit

  • Pre-product, or no working code or contract yet
  • Looking for guaranteed creator access or capital introductions
  • Wanting volume of content over a working GTM motion
  • No one internal who can sign off on decisions
  • Expecting a full agency roster at a solo-operator price

Objections

Questions worth asking

What does an engagement cost?

It depends entirely on scope, and quoting a number before understanding the problem is how you get sold the wrong thing. Tell us what's stuck and you'll get a scoped proposal with a fixed price and a fixed end date. If the problem is smaller than you think, Tim will say so.

Can you guarantee results?

No, and be suspicious of anyone who does. What's guaranteed is a specific deliverable on a specific date, and where there's a test, a result that reads cleanly either way. A test that fails cleanly is worth more than a campaign producing unattributable noise.

We already have someone doing this.

Good. Most of the automation work makes an existing person dramatically more effective, and that's cheaper than the alternative. The real question is whether they're short on capacity, short on seniority, or short on systems. Those are three different fixes.

Do you help raise money or guarantee creator placements?

No. Action Force doesn't manage capital, take a cut of a raise, or guarantee creator placements. Action Force can design and run a creator or partner program if that's part of the plan, and every vendor relationship involved is disclosed. Allocation and access decisions are always yours.

Isn't "embedded GTM" just content and creator spam at scale?

That's most of what's sold under the label, yes. Action Force doesn't automate judgment, voice or relationships. It automates the retrieval, monitoring, assembly and reporting around them: the parts that eat a week and that nobody would miss. If the output needs taste, a person still owns it.

What happens when the engagement ends?

You get the systems, the documentation and an operating plan written so the next owner runs it without us. Handoff is a deliverable, not a courtesy. Ongoing work exists for teams that want continuity, not for teams that were never given the keys.

You're in Hong Kong. We're not.

Engagements run on written deliverables and scheduled calls, not presence, with hours covering US East and Asia. If your team needs someone physically in the room daily, hire someone in the room.
