Governing law: Wyoming, USA.
Who this notice covers
Action Force LLC is the controller of the information described here. Action Force collects and uses information when you submit an employer brief, growth brief, talent profile, or partner application through this site. This notice applies to those records and links to the Terms for use of the intake service.
What we collect, by journey, and why
- Hiring and growth briefs. Contact name, work email, company name and website, role or brief details, budget and timeline fields, and consent choices. Used to review and respond to the brief and to verify the sender's email.
- Talent profiles. Contact and identity details, work country and time zone, role and availability, submitted work evidence and links, CV or portfolio links, employer references, and consent choices. Used to review fit, coordinate human follow-up, and administer a requested introduction.
- Partner applications. Organization details, capability and proof links, rate and availability information, and consent choices. Used to evaluate and administer a partner relationship.
Across all journeys we also collect security metadata (for example, spam-prevention signals) and communications to authenticate a submission, secure the service, maintain audit records, and meet legal duties.
Why we process your information (lawful basis)
We process information to respond to your request and take steps you ask for before any agreement (contract), on your consent where we ask for it (for example optional talent-pool retention and each disclosure to an employer), for our legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing abuse, and keeping audit records, and to meet legal duties. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.
Sign-in and linked accounts
We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email. If you choose to link a Google account, we use Google sign-in (OAuth) to verify your identity. We receive only the identity claims Google returns; we do not receive your password.
Processors we use
We use Cloudflare (hosting, bot/abuse protection, and the Turnstile human-verification check on forms), Resend (transactional email delivery for confirmations and follow-up), Telegram (required to submit: a linked Telegram account for talent applications and a Telegram handle for hiring, growth, and partner briefs, used for follow-up and notifications), and Cloudflare R2 (storage for uploaded documents such as CVs, where a journey collects them). Where you obtain a free resource through our Gumroad page, Gumroad processes that order and its receipt email under its own terms and privacy policy. Each processor acts under our instructions and only for the purposes in this notice.
Sharing and disclosure
Authorized reviewers and service operators may access a submission. A talent profile or evidence is disclosed to a prospective employer or client only after the person gives separate consent for the exact role, client, material, and intended recipient. A delivery partner receives information only for the separately requested delivery relationship. We may disclose information where law requires it.
International transfers
Information may be processed outside your country by Action Force and the processors listed above, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on the applicable lawful transfer mechanism for that processor.
Retention
Incomplete submissions are kept up to 30 days. Submissions we decline or that are rejected are kept up to 180 days. Optional talent-pool retention runs up to 12 months from your consent, renewable, and endable on request. Uploaded video (where collected) is kept up to 90 days after review or 180 days from capture, whichever comes first. Abuse-prevention signals are kept up to 30 days. Audit records are kept up to 36 months. Withdrawal stops future optional processing, subject to lawfully required records.
Cookies and local storage
We use a small set of essential cookies and browser storage that the site needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in (up to 30 days, or until you sign out), short-lived cookies that secure a Telegram link or a video recording you start, the Cloudflare security check on our forms, and a record of your cookie choice and the display theme you pick. Everything else is optional and stays off until you say yes in the cookie banner. "Saved drafts" keeps your unfinished forms in this browser for up to 7 days; without it, a draft lasts only until you close the tab. Either way, a draft never leaves your device unless you submit the form. "Analytics" loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and load speed without cookies. We don't use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings below. If you allow analytics, we also record registration steps, field completion states and technical errors to improve the forms. We never include the answers you enter in these analytics events.
Your rights (GDPR/UK GDPR and similar laws)
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of optional consent. If you are in the EEA or UK, these rights apply to you, and you may use the service. Exercise any of these by emailing contact@actionforce.us; we will authenticate the requester and explain any lawful limitation or timeline. Deletion requests are handled manually by a person, who confirms what was deleted and any records we must keep. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, such as the data protection authority in your country of residence or work, or the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Confidentiality
Briefs, applications, and uploaded documents are confidential. Access is limited to authorized reviewers and service operators and the processors listed above, and we disclose to others only as described in this notice.
Human review and accessibility
Automated checks may organize information, identify missing items, route work, and support low-risk review. A person handles consequential fit, verification, disclosure, accommodation, and disputes. No person is denied or disclosed solely by an automated decision. Tell us about an accessibility or communication accommodation so a human reviewer can consider an alternative route.
Children
This service is intended for people old enough to work or contract in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we will delete any such information we identify.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the service or its processors change. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and material changes affecting an active consent will be communicated before they take effect.
