These terms cover the Action Force intake service, run by Action Force LLC (Wyoming, filing ID 2023-001216002), across the hiring, growth, talent, and partner journeys.
Service description
This site offers four intake journeys: an employer hiring brief, an employer growth brief, a talent application, and a delivery-partner application. Each journey collects the information described in the Privacy notice, routes it to a human reviewer, and, if you ask, supports a follow-up call or intro. This intake service does not itself perform the hiring, growth, or delivery work; any resulting engagement is agreed separately in writing. To submit, you verify your email address and connect Telegram (a Telegram link for talent applications, a Telegram handle for hiring, growth, and partner briefs), because follow-up happens there.
No guarantee of placement or results
Submitting a brief or application does not create employment, a recruiting engagement, an agency relationship, a supplier agreement, or a promise of work, interview, introduction, offer, placement, or any particular business outcome. We do not guarantee a response time, a match, or a result from any journey.
Acceptable use
Submit information you are authorized to provide and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit another person's information or confidential material without permission, and do not use the intake to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, or to attempt to bypass the service's security or verification controls.
Confidentiality of briefs
We treat the hiring and growth briefs you submit, and any company information in them, as confidential. We use them only to review and respond to your brief, and we share them only with authorized reviewers and service operators, processors listed in the Privacy notice, advisers bound by confidentiality, or where law requires. We disclose a brief to a talent or delivery partner only for the specific role or project you ask us to pursue. This does not cover information that is already public or that you publish yourself.
Review, consent, and fees
A person reviews consequential decisions. Talent participation is free to the candidate, and no candidate fee is charged by this intake. Employer or delivery commercial terms, if any, are agreed separately in writing, for example in a master services agreement or recruiting terms that set out any placement fee; those documents control over these intake terms for that engagement. This intake does not state a fee, guarantee, ranking, or outcome.
Referral codes
A referral code, if you enter one, is used only to attribute your submission to the referring source; it does not itself create any payment obligation, discount, or entitlement unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Intellectual property and your content
You retain ownership of the material you submit and are responsible for having authority to submit it. You permit Action Force to receive, store, and review that material for the purpose you select. Disclosure to an employer or client requires the separate consent described in the Privacy notice. The Action Force name, marks, and site content are owned by Action Force and may not be used without permission.
Liability
The intake service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Action Force's total liability arising from your use of this intake service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid for the intake service (typically none) or 100 USD, and Action Force is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the intake service at any time and may withdraw an application or consent, or ask us to delete your account data, by emailing the contact below. Deletion requests are handled manually by a person; we confirm the request and tell you what we delete and anything we must keep. We may suspend or decline a submission that violates acceptable use or applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. A separate written agreement with Action Force LLC may state its own governing law. Any dispute arising from these terms or the intake service will be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, USA, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the intake service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
