Examples in USD. A $150,000 first-year salary at a 14% recruitment fee gives a $21,000 placement fee.
Paid after collection; eligibility and terms apply. Refer both sides: $8,400 if both introductions qualify.
How it works
Recommend Action Force
Recommend Action Force using your referral link from your account dashboard or your Telegram handle.
Register first. Get their permission before sharing their name and contact details with us.
They register
When they register, our registration form asks who referred them. If they open your link and sign up with their email, the introduction is recorded automatically. They can also name you on their application.
You get paid
You receive your share after Action Force collects the fees for the eligible first month’s engagement or first placement.
The terms
Commission applies to the first month’s engagement with each new referred client, or on that client’s first hire.
Not available where paid candidate referrals need a recruitment licence (today: Hong Kong, Singapore, Ontario, Alberta and Italy).
